100 days on from the referendum, ‘Brexit means Brexit’ is not enough

Commenting on the 100 days that have passed since the EU referendum was held, Pat McFadden MP, of the Open Britain campaign, said:

“In 100 days since the referendum, the only thing we’ve learnt from the Government is ‘Brexit means Brexit’, which means nothing.

“100 days is long enough for a meaningless soundbite. It’s time the Government made clear what they want from the negotiations, starting with whether they intend to argue for continued membership of the Single Market, which is vital for trade, investment and jobs.”
